His First Hole In One

Brody Scholting, a sophomore to be at Pierce High School, recorded his first hole in one at the Norfolk Country Club on Saturday, May 23. Scholting made the shot on the 147-yard, par 3, hole No. 7. The hole was playing 147 yards, but with the wind in his face, Scholting played the shot like it was 160 yards out. Grabbing an 8 iron, he choked down a little and struck the ball. The ball bounced twice before rolling into the cup. His sisters Skylar and Haley were present and witnessed the shot! He is the son of Carl and Anne Scholting of Pierce.
