Annual Zion Lutheran Church Vacation Bible School Held

During the week of June 1-5, Zion Lutheran Church and students of the Pierce Community engaged in a snow-covered journey through God’s Word during Zion’s Vacation Bible School (VBS). Students learned about the strength God gives His people in the midst of their challenges during VBS week’s “Snowball Mountain Challenge” by Cokesbury Kids. Throughout the week, over 45 volunteers and a roster of 155 registered students, learned from several accounts in the Bible that we can do all things because Jesus is our strength. Going forward, Zion Lutheran Church hopes to continue to offer opportunities for the children and youth of the community. Jesus is the way!
