It’s Fair Week 2026 In Pierce County

Finishing touches in preparation for this year’s Pierce County Fair were underway Monday and Tuesday with vendors setting up displays, the River City Carnival arriving, and Fair Board members directing operations.
The fair opens Wednesday morning with entry day. 4-H and Open Class entries will begin registering at 8:30 a.m.
The official posting of colors by the Pierce American Legion Post #72 is at 5:00 p.m. followed by the NNPAI Tractor Pull in front of the grand stand. Wednesday is still “Free Day” at the fair.
Thursday opens with a free breakfast (7:00 to 9:00 a.m.) and then livestock shows throughout the day. Thursday includes Legion Bingo in the Pavilion, 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. and the Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pulling Association event at 7:00 p.m.
Friday begins with another free breakfast (7:00 to 9:00 a.m.) and livestock shows and judging throughout the day. The annual awards ceremony is at 6:00 p.m. Friday in the Pavilion, when the Hall of Fame, Pioneer Farm Families, and the Fair Outstanding Individual awards are announced.
Following last year’s schedule change, the always popular Demolition Derby has been moved from Sunday to Friday evening, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday events include: Legion Bingo 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pavilion, Kids’ Pedal Pull at 1:00 p.m., FFA Rib Fest at 5:00 p.m., Style Revue at 6:00 p.m., 4-H awards night at 6:30 p.m. and Extreme Bull Riding at 8:00 p.m.
Sunday opens with the 4-H Inspirational Service at 9:00 a.m., Corn Hole Tournament (in the beer garden) at 12:30 p.m., and Midwest Motor Sports Go-Kart Racing at 5:00 p.m.
The official retiring of the colors by the American Legion is at 5:00 p.m. followed by the Go-Kart races.
